Abstract


Pressure cooking does not destroy vitamins.Dietitians study a trickly problem:Changes in diet can have unforeseen and serious consequences.In the East.beri-beri has in the course of centuries destroyed millions of lives merely because polished rice-which lacks the husk in which vitamin B of the grain is stored-came to bee considered more palatable than unpolished rice.
