Abstract

(Maubl.) Ashby, has been reported to cause leaf blight in black gram, (Kumar et al 1969; Vidhyasekaran and Arjunan, 1978), As no information is avilable regarding the sources for resistanee in blackgram against this disease the present studies were under-tagen.
