We commend to our readers the article on the Domestication of the Indian Honey Bee by Rev. L. V. Newton S. J. in the January issue of "The Agricultural Journal of India." The author and Rev. Father Bertram S. J. have studied the question as a hobby and have shown remarkable ability in the handling of it. A hobby like the above, trains the intellect, enlarges powers of observation, keeps enthusiasm alive and forms a very good recreation after the routine toils of the day. We hope that in the near future many of the students of our college will take to such hobbies as the training they receive gives them special facilities in this direction.
