Abstract

Adequate timely and liberal credit facilities may be made available to the small farmers.Field demonstrations will help to convince the small farmers merits of the high yielding varieties of rice.The fine grain varieties like IR 20.Co 34 and to 35 may be popularised so as to suit farmers consumption preferences.
