The study indicated the lack of planning and supervision in the conduct of demonstration.Preparation and use of calendar of work was not a coomn practice amoung gramasevakes.Little attention seems to have been paid to the follow-up of the demonstration .Generally it can be concluded that the demonstrations by and large are being considered by gramasevaks to be an end in themselves and not a meens to educate the farmers.
