Abstract


Histopathology of nuclear polyhedrosis was studied in fourth inater larvas of Amaacts alsistriga inoculated with 104 plyhedra/larva.Adipose tissue and blood cells were the chief sites of infaction.Slight to moderate infectionn of hypoder -mis,musicle fibre,nerve tissue.forget.cesophgael valve.testicular apithelium and connective tissues surrounding the mid gut was also noticed.Tracheal matrix was not susceptible which was a peculiar feature.
