Abstract

In TamilNadu several cultivars of cassava are grown in various parts of the state.They are cultivated for extraction of starch for industrial purposes and also for human and livestock consumption.A comp- arative assessment on chemical composition and nutritive value of these cultivars have not been assessed and the present report ful-fills this objective.
