Summary of Weather Conditions.During the montha number of Westerndisturbances affected the North West Frontier.This disturbances caused thunderstorms and local rains in Kashmir,balichistan and North West Frontier.Thunderstorms gave nearly general rain in the West Central Provinces and local rain in the North Hydrabad.North Madras coast.Mysore and Malabar.Lightscattered rains were general in the South East Madras during the first week of February.Later there occasioned general rainfall in the South East of Madras.
