Abstract

Introduction:The yield is the result of the interactive of genetical and environmental factors.The plant-breeder utilizes the genetic varience in evolving superior types:and the agronomist aids the former in adopting the optimum conditions for the growth of the superior type.One of the important functions of the agronomist is to suggest ways and means to reduce to the minimum the variations in the yields.
