Abstract

As an Agency for rural improvement, the village School has a great potentiality It occupies a very advantageous position for the extension of ill government activities in the rural districts. Geographically it stands in the midst of potential wealth, the lands that surround it, farms, forest and pastures and, in addition, along the coasts, the fisheries.
